The IR/OHS Compliance package for medium-sized businesses has two levels of service that you can secure for a one-off annual subscription fee; the HR Self-Service level or the Managed HR Service level.
HR Self-Service is an economical service level providing you with all the tools you will need to manage any HR issue. This level of service includes automatic updates of all documentation as laws change and a HR advice line which is available whenever needed.
Managed HR Service comprises all the documentation provided at the Self-Service level, but we will also set up and maintain the entire HR function for you. This service level includes quarterly site meetings, safety inspections, employee information sessions, on-site case management and mediation services.
