The Managed HR Package suits a business of 20 to 100 staff who wish to completely outsource their Human Resources procedures.

The package includes: 

  • Initial discussions & planning meeting with G.M. & Managers
  • Templates of all documents required for a complete IR compliance program
  • Templates of all documents required for a complete OHS compliance program
  • Full implementation of programs
  • Staff briefings with handouts provided
  • Feedback from stakeholders
  • Modific ation of templates as instructed
  • Final sign-off of documentation
  • Delivery of hard copy of final templates in folder
  • Delivery of CD with soft copies of final templates
  • Establishment of OHS Committee
  • Progress meeting with GM
  • Attendance at first two OHS Committee Meetings
  • Initial safety Inspection 
  • Instruction on maintaining the IR compliance program, including audits and reviews 
  • Instruction on maintaining the OHS compliance program, including audits and reviews 
  • Numerous checklists and record sign-offs to demonstrate compliance 
  • On-going notices and updated templates as laws and regulations change  
  • Continuous access to remote advice and assistance during business hours 
  • Compliance training for MD and one administration employee  
  • Implementation completion meeting with GM 
  • On-going notices and updates as laws and regulations change 
  • Continuous access to advice and assistance, via phone & email, during business hours 
  • Quarterly on-site meetings or four appointments per year as needed 
  • Annual safety Inspection and report 
  • Annual document audits and preparation of a compliance report  
  • Audit recommendation action plans
